What we cover

• Corrections. If a product label or sales page has changed, or if we got something wrong, we want to fix it.
• Scoring questions. Our criteria are explained on every guide, including the points taken off each score.
• Business enquiries. Sending a product does not guarantee a feature or a score, and we do not sell rankings.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell supplements, process orders or handle refunds. For an order, use the contact details on the seller's own website. We also cannot give medical advice. If you have a health concern, please talk to a healthcare professional.
